There is a prevalence of warfare in the current era. The U.S. tax payer finances military equipment/technology for our country and many others. The tax payer also donates soldiers to go in harms-way.   

Recently our government has postulated an equity investment in Defense companies. Just would that work?

With the above in mind we hereby propose , a discussion with your congressional representative a proposal to make war financially profitable for the taxpayer.
